Air Exchanger and tune up. Remove filters and core to vacuum. Also clean cabinet interior. Inspect bearings on blower assembly. Install core and filters. Clean off outside hoods. Test operation of air exchanger. Gas valve low pressure is too high and cannot adjust it due to defective gas valve. Recommend replacing gas valve. Also recommend a surge protector, blower wheel cleaning and EAC filters. Ordered filters and will follow up with customer regarding gas valve.

Replaced drain pan treatment inside of coil above furnace.
Rebuilt Delta kitchen faucet. Looked at a pex manifold that has buildup on it and has leaked over time. We ordered parts and will return October 6th between 8-12 to install. Water pressure in home is very high at 100psi and the existing pressure reducing valve should be replaced.
Arrived to the home with the furnace not running. UV light was working. Thermostat needed to be switched to heat mode. Furnace had trouble lighting initially but lit fine after reset. Recommended a new thermostat. Installed and tested operation.
Installed reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink with basic chrome faucet that includes an air gap. Customer would like a brushed nickel/stainless steel faucet to match that includes an air gap. We would need to return at a later date when we find something that they agree to. This would be something we would have to price out. Let system pressurize for 2-4 hours, check for leaks, then drain all the water out of the storage tank until the faucet is just a trickle. Then let the tank fill again which will take 2-4 hours.
